Exclamation Mysterious RPM drop

Hello,
2013 300 V6 engine with over 100.000 miles
After replacing the famous rocker arms and lifters on both banks, the RPM exhibits the following :
1. Idle after warm-up 630-640, prior to repair was closer to 700.
2. Idle drops to 500 when stopping at a traffic light, etc it will go up to 630-640 if I tab the gas pedal and/or turn the steering wheel, and It stays there.
3. it will NOT drop when A/C is ON
4. Hood opened, when revving while idling I hear wooshing sounds (like suction sound)
how much of that suction/wooshing is normal with TB wide open? or suspect a vacuum leak?
I am waiting on a new scan tool, will look at fuel trims, MAP, O2, plus other sensors, and post results.
No check engine code starts and runs good, no problems otherwise.

likely a vac leak spray brake cleaner in the engine area and see if the rpm boosts up if so then you have you leak area.
