New owner Radio Issue
I just purchased a 2013 Chrysler 300S (theft recovery) and the radio isn't working. It has the 8.4 touch screen. The air blows but only in the defrost vents. Th screen doesn't appear to be damaged. If I hit the AC button below the screen, it will not light up either.
What could be the issue and/or where to start trouble shooting. Thanks.
