Default Oil Filter Change For Some 2008 Vehicles

I went for my first oil change this past weekend and to my surprise the oil filter is different on my 2008 Chrysler 300C SRT Design with the 5.7L Hemi than what is listed in the Owner's Manual.

Please be advised that Chrysler has issued a Technical Services Bulletin for a number of 2008 vehicles.

Hope it helps!

the reason behind the change is, after a certain production date they change the thread size from standard 3/4 sae threads, to m22x1.5 metric threads.moe.
