Default P1DC7-00 Clutch temp threshold

Anyone help with this? Chrysler 300/2013/3.6L I was told this error code but there doesn't seem to be understanding of it. The vehicle "jumps, or knocks like shifting hard, stumbles when driving. The possible causes say excessive amount of wide open throttle: which is not how I drive.

Where should I focus?

The dealer flashed TCM but says error still there. They recommend dropping pan to check transmission for grinding metal. I just don't think that's the right call since it started over night. It lurches when in park, and when I'm in drive like it is receiving bad signal. I heard to look at valve body. Do you have any other recommendation?

Default Mystery

Just drove from Texas to Arizona with this issue. Once at speed and no more shifting required it does great. Any other ideas?
