Hello All.

I am hoping that someone can tell me what this red light is on my tachometer. I have done a google search or two, but I am not finding any clarity on what it is. Has anyone seen this before and if so, what is it?

What is the red light on my Chrysler 200 tachometer

 

Which red lamp are you referring to, the brake warning lamp, seat belt reminder lamp, or the red security lamp (dot)?

Refer to the 'Warning and Indicator Lights' under 'What to do in Emergencies' section of the owners manual

 

Hello, did you ever find out what the red light on your tachometer means? Mine just came on today on my 2019 Chrysler 300's tachometer. Thank you.

 

the red dot is the security system or a key issue

 

Got it, thanks! Changed the battery in my fob and the light went out.
