removing the door panels?

Hello everyone, anyone removed a door panel from the 2006 300's? The bottom portion consists of screws, thats easy, but the top part has somekind of clips, or washer-esk looking things... how do i get those off without breaking them? Any ideas? THANKS I want to change the speakers and need to remove the door panel.
