Default how to open panels in town and country

Just bought a 1999 TC LXi and found that one of the rear vent window is not working. I couldn't hear any sound at all when you turn on the switch for it, so probably the motor is dead. From Haynes manual it looks like a pretty simple job to replace the motor. But how do you open the pillar panel that covers it? And for reference, how do I open the other panels in the car also? Is there such thing as a detailed service manual for this car?

Thanks,

David
