Can you turn the engine over by hand? and crank gasket you mean the front main seal? IM sorry a front main seal will not lock up and engine from turning over a rubber seal does not have that kind of resistance.

it does if you put it on the wrong side and a bolted down timing chain cover and locks the crank in place. Sooooo I will say this again, It turns over there is intermittent spark and will not start motor is not seized.

Since you only did the timing chain, I still go back to timing is off. I did a chain on a Mitsub 2.6 in my younger days and was off by one tooth on the chain. Had me stumped for some time. I double and triple checked it and was positive I had it right. Finally decided to go back one tooth and all was fine. The marks etc seemed to be not exactly spot on in that experience. I have no such experience on your engine though.

If you are doing this without a manual get yourself a "Haynes Repair Manual" #25027. It's Chrysler 300, Dodge Charger & Magnum 2005 thru 2010. The procedure is not obvious to the casual (no manual) observer.
This manual used to be available in auto parts stores but you may need to order it on line now.

Ok a manual will not explain why I have no spark and timing chain is not off mark neither one of those explain why it ran before I burned up the starter. So it's not cam sensor it's not timing chain it's not the lack of reading material or whatever compression has to do with it. It's something electrical.
