I have an 05 300c and the seats and steering wheel stop retracting when I exit, even though the option is turned on. It use to work fine and then it just stopped. Any suggestions before I take it to the dealer. I am over the Manufacturers warranty, so I didn't want to be suprised with some outrageous price.

 

I would try this . unlock the doors get in , turn the car to on position but do not start the car, program the seats and wheel option off. turn the key off take it out of ignition, get out of car, lock it, then unlock it, get in put key in , go to start position, reset the option to on , then see if this works. It worked for my mirrors when they stopped pointing down in reverse option and i havent had a problem since in over 8 months. Good luck , Glenn
