Angry Tail lamps not staying on

Noticed 2 nights ago that my tail lights quit working after a short time. Changed out the switch thinking that was the issue. No luck, same problem. Did my homework and found out there is a tail lamp relay. Tore half the car apart trying to find it. Not in either power center. Not under the dash by the switch. Not in the trunk. Anyone know where this relay is located?

I replaced the tail light and it worked for about a week and burned out again. Is my wiring bad? 2005 Ford Focus.
