Default Traction Control Problem

Hello all! I've got an 06 300c awd 5.7l with 143000. Car sat for about a year and of course the battery died and brakes froze up. New battery and brakes all the way around. I go to move the car and it will idle roll fine. The second I give it throttle the TC Light flashes and it feels like the abs is kicking in and wont let me accelerate. Let off the throttle and it feels as tho the brakes release with a pop and the car rolls free. apply throttle again same issue. I can't get the car about 3 or so mph so naturally no codes will be triggered. unplug the abs module and car runs fine in limp mode. any ideas? Tone rings look a little rusty. All speed sensors look clean and the connectors are free of corrosion. The transmission connector is slightly damp on the inside with atf but nothing to write home about. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
