Default Windshield washer pump not working

I was trying to help a friend out with her 2005 Chrysler 300 touring. Her windshield washer fluid doesn’t spray so I check in the trunk fuse box and under the hood. I swapped any fuse or relay that looked like it powered anything wiper related with known working ones. I have a new washer fluid pump from autozone I hear no humming and there’s no power going to the pump when washer button is pressed. I tried to look around and couldn’t find anything other then check fuse or change pump. Can anybody help me out?

A couple of things come to mind:

1. are you sure the have checked the correct circuit with the "known good fuse" and are you sure the "known good fuse" is really really good ?

2. the washer switch may be bad. Let's hope not, as this is the most expensive possibility.

I checked the fuses with a multi meter for resistance and also for example under dash i swapped relays with horn tested each time horn honked. the 30 amp i swapped with headlight 30 amp lights still worked in the trunk i swapped the 10 amp fuse with stop light. is there anyway i can test to see if it is the switch? the pump harness gets ground but not power i don't immediately see any busted wiring and i even wiggles the harness when button was pressed no flickering in test light. any help is greatly appreciated. i am trying to help her out before the snow and ice start coming.
