Default 07 Aspen Rotor Trouble

My Aspen sat for awhile and got some rust. The front rotors took a little persuasion with a hammer but came right off. My rears wont budge. I can turn the about 15degrees without any friction from the E-brake pads, they just wont come off. There is no hole for backing E-brake off, there is no hole in the front of the rotor for adjustment, there is no torx head screw in the back, the E-brake doesnt seem to be holding it up. Could there be something else Im missing. There is one lug bolt on each side that has a green mark on it, I thought this may be for some sort of alignment, but its doubtful. I have scoured this site and others looking for some resolve, but havent figured it out yet. Some suggestions or help would be appreciated.

The rears tend to be harder to remove due to rust -- not sure why. Pound the heck out of it with a mallet. They will come off as long as you have the parking brake disengaged.

If they refuse, you can insert bolts in the caliper from the backside and force them off with a wrench -- Google will tell you how.
