Question 08 Aspen with tranny leak at 98k+ miles

Hi, novice here so bear with me. Recently test drove a 08 Aspen Limited with just about every option available and loved it!! When I did a thorough lookover (before signing any papers ) I noticed the transmission drain pan was wet towards the rear and a few drops of tranny fluid was on the ground where we parked it after test drive. The vehicle has 98k+ miles on it. I know its not going to be flawless just wandering if anyone has experienced any such issues with their Aspens around this time and if so what was the root cause (shaft seal, oil pan seal leaking etc...)? Dealership said they would take care of it but...? My wife and I very rarely agree on cars but we both LOVE this one!!! Thanks in advance for any info.

I had that same leak when mine was new, and the dealership took care of it during an oil change -- I assume they needed to tighten a cover to spec, but they weren't specific about what they did to repair it.
