Default 2007 Aspen - Is this a good deal

I have found a 2007 Aspen with all of the possible options on it. Looks as if owner has taken extremely good care of it both physically and mechanically. However, the Aspen has 153,000 miles on it and that scares me somewhat. Drives good with no apparent problems. He is asking $9500.00 for the vehicle.
Is that a good deal or not. Would you be scared of the 153,000 miles. I will be using the Aspen as a third vehicle and also to tow a small camper on occasion. I like the seating arrangement because we have grandchildren. Want to buy it but somewhat concerned about the high mileage. Without seeing the vehicle or not knowing any more than I have told you, give me your advice. Never owned a hemi before and it has the hemi engine. Thank you very much for your input.

Maybe a better question would have been - Is the hemi, if properly maintained, good for mileage in the range of 250,000 miles?

Well, according to KBB.com, a 2007 Aspen fully loaded with navi, DVD, 4WD, 5.7 Hemi and 150K mileage is valued at $9636. Mind you that's just guessing on all the options since you don't have a full list. The high mileage scares me a little as well, but as long as it has been properly maintained it should do alright. Personally I'd try to bring it down to at least 9K flat.

I would pass. I looked at several Aspens. I literally just bought mine a few days ago...'08 with under 75k and got it for 13,301.XX.
