Some channels like 0, 1, and 55 won't come in on my sirius radio - I have been on the phone for probably three hours in two days and they say they have resent signals - had me open doors turn radio off for 15 min. and nothing. Today they said I should have it reset to factory defaults. ???? Also asked if there was a menu button - which on this 2007 there is not. Can you help

 

I had the same problem with mine (https://www.chryslerforum.com/forum/...o-sound-25367/) and I took it to the dealer and they said the sirius part of the radio was dead and the whole radio would need to be replaced for it to be fixed.

 

We did have the radio replaced and still doesn't work
