I have a 2007 Chrysler Aspen with the Satellite/Nav radio. I "have" the Select package, but am not receiving all the channels. Before renewing the subscription, I used to have channel 98, but now it is gone. I added the same package to my Durango and it gets channel 98. It also gets channels 11 and 12, which the Aspen does not get. I have had several refresh signals sent. I have disconnected the battery overnight. SiriusXM says it is a radio problem. The dealership says that if it were a radio problem, I wouldn't get any channels at all. I don't think it is a "Parental Control" issue because channels 99-101 work. I'm not seeing on my radio how to block individual channels either.
Any suggestions?
