Keeps going from hot to cold any ideas is under warranty but the dealer can't figure it out and is about to not warrant it because of the issue. They replaced the compressor and intake system

 

I don't understand -- you're saying the dealer can't figure out the problem, so they're just going to ignore the warranty? If so, it sounds like you might want to visit a dealer that has a clue.

If the air is warmer at idle, it could be the condenser fan. I would hope they checked that, though, as well as the refrigerant.

 

I second that any attempt to you to fix will void warranty don't mess with it let them take on all the issues and if they cant do it leave it with them until they can loner car is in most cases.
