Default Air Intake on Apen?

My friend put an air intake on his jeep wrangler and is getting about 3 miles to the gallon more. You think I'd get the same results on my aspen?

I have K&N CAI installed on my Aspen and I did notice a slight increase in HP but not improved fuel mileage. I have to add that I do have bit of a lead foot!

I've got the AEM CAI. Can't really say if it added any fuel mileage as I added it along with a Magnaflow Cat Back almost immediately after getting the Aspen. Plus like bdevil I've got a lead foot as well. LOL. However, about a year ago I made a trip to Colorado in the winter. While traveling the back twisty roads in the snow at speeds around 45. Doing my best to keep it in "Fuel Saver" mode. I was VERY excited when I managed to bump my mileage up to 20 mpg on the computer display. Now I haven't seen that since (typically 15-17 max) and I'm not sure if the CAI and Cat Back played much in to that equation, but I'm happy with them both.
