Default fog light question

I bought a used 07 Chrysler aspen 5.7 hemi limited.

Is there any way to have the fog lights on with the bright hi beams on? Orwill someone have the wiring diagram that will help me out? I would like themon because it is real dark in the mountains at night time,

What re u are asking is in most stats illegal so no . And it not a matter of wiring all lights are controlled by a computer now a days .
