Default Hemi Plug Gap

I'm going to tackle the plugs on my '08 Hemi Aspen later this week. It has 86k miles and as far as I know they have never been changed. Figured it is way past due.

The dealership told me to gap them at .040. I thought I read that it was supposed to be .043 or .045. Anyone have the definitive gap on this?

Thanks

Thanks. Is there any chance Chrysler has updated their recommendations on things like this, or is what the vehicle came with definitive?

Plug change went fine. Also replaced PCV, cleaned battery terminals, cleaned throttlebody, and replaced air filter. Total time was about 4 hours. Plug change was easier then I thought but still takes some time. Gapped to .045 per some things I read online and recommendation from the dealership (there was no sticker under the hood with the gap as suggested above). Runs so much better then it was before the tune up. Well worth my time.

What type of plug did you install? The original Champion copper?
I need to do this on mine, and I am considering either Champion Platinum or Irridium.

I went with OEM Champion copper plugs.
