Paint Quality?

Default Paint Quality?
I have a Brilliant Black Aspen. After I washed it, I was looking it over while it was still clean (which for black is about 12.5 seconds)I noticed a lot of orange peel in the paint, covering most of the car. Anyone else notice "not so good" paint jobs?

Our Brilliant Black has a little Orange Peel on the rear gate. Everything else seems to be very well done.
