So I have replaced the power steering pump, cooler, and all lines. On the high pressure line I found what seemed to be a straw like hose inside the line that pulled out of the rack. The plastic piece goes directly into the rack. Any idea on what this line does. I have gave it a small pull but it will not pull out of the rack.
