UPDATE: Just picked up the Aspen from the dealership and it turns out one of the bolts to the exhaust manifold broke off. So it needed to be removed and a new gasket installed. It purrs like a kitten now.

 

Just replaced fan clutch on my 2008 crazy noise sounded like a tool set bouncing off the fan ... also only when cold started and lasted 5-10 min

 

Well, we have had the 5.7 HEMI Aspen now for 4 years and once a year the exhaust manifiold bolts break. Seriously, I have had to take it in once a year to get them replaced. C'mon Chrysler, you know there is a problem, get stronger bolts!

 

Has anyone replaced the bolts themselves? I do not have access to a lift or a torch. Just hoping this would be a driveway repair.
