Default transfer case leak

When I changed out my transfer case fluid only a half quart came out of it, and the case was all dry underneath. I filled it back up with 1.5 quarts and now it leaks after you drive it and it sits overnight, it is always dry on bottom of transfer case but wet on skid plate and a small puddle on the drip pan on floor; just wondering if it has a vent tube on top and it is blowing it out for some reason or another; the tranny is all dry underneath it; quite the mystery; anyone else run across this at all Im wondering.

Answering my own post; It turned out to be corner of transmission pan gasket leaking; not transfer case at all. Pulling pan back off and perm tex the heck out of it like I should have done in the first place.
