I have an Aspen 2008 and the U Connect buttons on MyGig are not working. What to do?. Do I have to replace a fuse or definitively I have to take my Aspen to the Dealer.

There are 3 letters in very small print on the face of your radio, usually starting with "R" (RER, REZ, RES...etc) ...What are they on yours.....??

Call your local dealer and Inquire about TSB # 08-027-08.....

There is a software update for Hands free module....

In the meantime...Underhood fuse block.....Remove the IOD fuse (The one with the white plastic holder...Lift it up to disengage)....for 15 seconds, reinstall and retest function of Uconnect.
