I want to get those phillips halogen bulbs since i wont have money to get the hids yet. I cant find any good h10/9145 bulb but someone mention that the 9005 can fit.

Do you guys know if the 9005 will fit in my 07 aspen? It wont melt the housings will it or damaged the wires or anything, is it a simple plug and play and will it work without causeing problems. The wattage on the 9145 say 45W for stock and the 9005 stock say 60W but both are 12V.

So is it safe to put them on?
