04 Pacifica cabin fan on high constant

It's an 04 with Auto HVAC, and the fan is on high, constantly.

It will properly adjust AC on /off, and output locations (def, vent, floor).

When turned off, the recirculator fan (below glove box), suddenly turns on max, which is louder than the HVAC on high.

Chrysler Tech is right sounds like the blower motor resistor module . I had similar problem with my 04 pac, mine was running only on low nothing else. I purchased mine online for about $45, easy to change .
