Default 2003 Ram Pickup constant hot wire

I grounded out a constant how wire while installing a new radio. I looked at the fuses under the hood and they were all fine. Not only does my radio not work but my lights wireles remote door locks does not work unless I have the key in the on position or while the truck is running. Is there a fuse I am not aware of or should I be looking elsewhere?

Hello,I am not a chrysler tech. I am having troubles with my own 05 van, but is there a fuse under the hood thatis labeled IOD? If there is remove it for a few secondsand then put it back in . This reset the bcm and may slove the problem. I am not a expertbut try it. Hope it helps.
