Default 04 Pacifica heated seat problem

I am having a problem with the drivers side heated seat not working. All the other seats heat up and all the other power seat functions work. I removed the seat and took the seat covers off and found a burnt wire in the seat cushion element and replaced it. The seat back element looked fine. Checked the fuses and they were good. Switch looks good high and low indicator lights work and stay on no blinking. Inspected Drivers Door Module no loose corroded or burned wires and all the function buttons work fine. Used a test light to check for power on the element connection on the left side of the driver seat. The wiring diagram says it's the light green/light blue wire. I made sure the car was running and the switch was turned on low, because it's on the run relay. Meaning the seats only work when the car is running. No power at this connection to the elements. I now suspect the Memory Heated Seat Adjustable Pedal Module. (MHSAP) Module. Before I buy this expensive module is there anything I can try first? Would it be ok to try running another ground from the drivers seat heater ground wire pin on the C3 connection plug/pigtail. Wiring diagram says it's the light green/tan wire that connects to pin 6.
