06 pac, seat not reclining
drivers power seat does not seem to go as far back as it used to [well y wife thinks, she isn't sure]
and it will not recline at all or the back adjustment in the middle doesn't do anything either

I did some playing with the switches today, the middle switch makes a clicking noise, like a motor is spinning a gear and turning another, but nothing happens
and for the recline function, I do hear a relay click whenever I put it forward or backward, but the set doesn't do anything after that

The power seat system utilizes the following major components:
- Power Seat Switch Assemblies
- Power Seat Track and Motors
- Power Seat Recliners and Motors
- Memory Heated Seat Adjustable Pedal Module
- Driver and Passenger Door Modules
- Programmable Communications Interface (PCI) data bus circuit
- Circuit breaker
- Memory Set Switch Assembly
- Electronic Vehicle Information Center (EVIC)
- Power Seat Track and Potentiometers

are there individual motors for each piece?
something is winding on the middle switch when pressed....... as for the recline, the relay is definitely firing.... also, the passenger side seat works just fine if that matters

I see that it appears as thought this forum did not correct your problem?....did you??
In just bought a used 2005 that has almost the same problem,...only the drivers side seat
It fully adjust back and forward, and the bottom portion tilts just find.
But the center button (which I think is some sort of lumbar support) is making noise like something is running, but not much effectiveness?
And the backrest to this seat makes VERY SLIGHT movement and noise when switch is activated, but certainly doesn't recline.
