04 Pacifica rough idle when at operating temp.
My Pacifica runs great except when, its at operating temp, at idle, and a load is applied to the engine, in gear. Such as fans cycle, a/c comp. engages, steering wheel is turned. It developes a very buzzy vibration felt in the steering wheel, dashboard & engine itself. Almost to the point it puts your hands to sleep.
I've delt with misfires before on other vehicles I've fixed but this feels different & no codes. Otherwise it runs great.
It also feels similar to idle dipping too low but it's at 650 give or take a few in gear, hot.
Cold it's smooth as glass and between 850-900 rpm's.
What I've done & checked:
A/Filter, any vacume or air leaks, Motor mounts, it was about time anyway so I replaced plugs(Champion Double Platinum) & boots, Inspected coils, thorough cleaning of the throttle body & replaced plenum gasket.
The plugs that came out looked like normal wear for 50k of use.
Afterward it had more pep but the vibration still exists.
I was thinking of doing a injector cleaning next. I suppose it cant hurt.
Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
