Default 2004 Pacifica cranks but no start

Background- Recently purchased vehicle from auction via proxy. Took to local Dodge dealer for one over. Replaced motor mounts. Now 3 months later after extreme cold spell no start. Wife reports no lights bells dash etc prior to attempted "jump". Subsequent attempts to start unsuccessful. No power inside or lights. Remote does not work also. I want to eliminate any obvious issues prior to towing to dealer - no warranty @ 60k miles on vehicle, one small accident reported but dealer found no issues. Any help, ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Nothing - jumped for 30 minutes after I cranked day before till battery was low. Just cranks but will not fire still and no radio, lights, electronic door latch response, blower, interior lights, radio, etc. 2 days prior during cold wave hesitated during cold starts, made noise then silence then started ??

Thank you but still no success. Tow mechanic is stumped also, may have to tow again to dealership. Just wanted to try elementary steps first. Thank you much!
