Usually oil in the antifreeze or antifreeze in the oil means a compromised head gasket(s).
Worst case scenario is a cracked head, but if I were a betting man I would put my money on it being a head gasket.

Does you vehicle have an engine oil cooler in the radiator tank. Drivers side tank has a transmission oil cooler in it, some also have an engine oil cooler in the passenger side. Oil pressure is higher than coolant so if it is only oil in the coolant that would be first suspect.
