Default 2005 Chrysler Pacifica can't retrain tire sensors

I have a 2005 Chrysler Pacifica Touring edition that hasn't had any tire work done recently. A few weeks ago, the "Service Tire System Soon" warning light came on and has been on ever since. I have read through the retraining procedures as well as many forums, for the tire sensors, but was not able to complete the task. First, the "Retrain Tire Sensors" option is not available on my menu. Second, even if I was able to find and select the retrain option, there was no magnet with my spare tire tools, I was planning on using a medium size speaker magnet, or borrow some very powerful magnets if necessary. Any suggestions?

What would the dealer do to reset the sensors?

hook up an expensive scanner to get access to the TPS system and retrain it
