2005 exhaust replaced by dealer
Hello everyone. My cousin recently sent me a picture of her 2005 pacifica that she took to the dealer to have the exhaust replaced. She mentioned how low it was and that she didn't think it was installed properly. After looking at the picture I totally agree with her. it definitely looks to be hanging way to low. She did take it back to the dealer and this is the response she got from them (quote: they told me they put it on how it goes and there's nothing they can do. They put the parts they were told to put on and they put them on right. end quote). Can anyone that has a 2005 pacifica post a few pictures of there exhaust so we can have some type of a reference to go by? I did some searching for some undercarriage pictures, but I couldn't find anything decent. Also by looking at the picture whats your opinion of the installation of the new exhaust? Should it be hanging that low?

I have a mac. I am new to macs and never got the hang of a regular pc so I'm getting killed by this thing. I can't put the picture in the regular thread so I 'm going to try this instead.
Regardless of the picture the dealer put an exhaust on your car that doesn't belong on it. Any mechanic or service manager with any pride in his work can recognize that....
