Default 2005 PAC fans wont run

Hello ya'll, I found the site by google looking for a PAC forum and tada. My girlfriend has a 2005 PAC 3.5L AWD (130K) and since we have been dating, have had issues left and right. A lot of them electrical gremlins. It all started a few months ago when it would randomly not start. I checked everything and I was not getting a signal to the ignition switch. long story short, had my buddy bring home a DRB and it seemed the SKRIM was not letting us in. Checked the grounds to that, seemed fine, so replaced with a Chrysler one. Once that was replaced and programed, we were able to get in to see that nothing was communicating. So I went hunting for the PCM. Found it and to my surprise, it was in the wheel well and someone had screwed with it (see pic.)

Well after seeing the condition of EVEYTHING, got a new PCM from chrysler, and two new plugs and soldered/heat shrink'd them (with adhesive lined shrink) and made a new bracket. I was quite surprised when i picked up the new PCM and there was no paint on it so I added some paint and installed it. After putting dielectric grease on every connection, and cleaning every ground on that side of the car, I trailered it to chrysler, had them flash it with a new key and I thought it fixed the problem and it did but not fully. Now the speedo does not work and the right side drivers light (and high beam) does not work but the parking/ turn signals do. On the left side front, the turn signals/parking light doesnt work but the low and high beams do. The fan does not seem to want to work either (with the AC on even). I was looking back at a few other posts and was wondering if ...
A)Do you think the mechanics might not have put something in while flashing it so the speedo doesnt work?
B) Since the PCM does receive a speed reading for the fans to kick on, will the AC fan still kick on even if it is getting a speed reading?

I know the lights are part of the BCM but i was thinking there might be something I do not know about connecting them. I am going to review the electrical diagrams tonight to see if I missed anything.

I did go ahead and replaced the fan relay with the Dorman set up because it looked like there was some corrosion start but still nothing. I am going to try to jump the fans tonight with the power probe to see if those work as I ran out of time last night. Let me know if you have any thoughts on what might help me.
Thanks,
Shep
