Default 06 Fans run when vehicle is started

Unfortunitely, I am not sure if the problem just started or if it was existent.

06 T&C 3.3L LX.

When the vehicle is started, both fans come on immediately, even with the A/C off and the car is cold. When you turn the vehicle off, the fans go off also.

I recently changed out all the cooling hoses, sensor, pump thermo etc etc. Everything but the radiator and fans.

I read that if the fans run all the time, even car off the likely problem is a relay but in my case, it is only when the vehicle is started.

I don't see a fan switch listed for this vehicle and only a coolant sensor which I replaced. The temp gauge is in the normal position and everything else is working fine.

Any ideas on what to look for or where? I just did an insane amount of maintenance all over the vehicle so it is possible that I left something unplugged or off.

Thanks!

Coolant sensor, there was an error code related to a problem with it. I don't see any other fan switch listed so maybe this one is defective. The gauge is in proper working order though.

I'll swap the original back and see if the problem follows it.

The sensor located behind the thermo housing. 2 wires, green in color I think.

I cleaned the connection to the sensor and also found the radiator cap to be defective. Everything is working fine now.
