Default 2006 pacifica error codes, 301, 201

First of all my decoupler pulley is bad on my alternator, I mean it sounds like it is coming apart. Fixing that tomorrow, but after driving about 20 miles and then stopping and turning off. at startup I get these error codes and feels like I am on 5 cylinders. I can unhook the battery and let it cool down and it then will run fine til it heats up again. Could the pully be effecting cylinder 1 at startup. When I mean bad, I mean really bad.
measured 2 volts at connector of spark plug 1 , and 9 volts on the one in the middle when this occurs. any ideas

after alternator repair. I am getting just p0201. starts up fine first start of the day, but any start after that when the car has been sitting a few minutes it does it. but If I let it sit 2 or more hours starts fine again, and when it starts fine, it never errors out. injector/wiring/pcm?

I have a 2006 Pacifica as well and my CEL came up last night. When I scanned the codes, P0301 & P0201 came up.
Another trip to repair shop. Never a dull moment with Chrysler.

Just an update on how this issue was fixed for me.
I was having P0301 & P0201 codes and took it to mechanic. It turned out to be a bad fuel injector. Its running fine after replacing the fuel injector.

Hi gbeach, Just a quick check of your solutions later since my 2007 Pacifica is having the exact same symptom. Thanks! -Leeza
