2007 pacifica 4.0 Touring codes, 0201, 0301P
Very similar symptom to https://www.chryslerforum.com/forum/...1-201-a-23485/
Starts up fine first start of the day, but any start after that when the car has been sitting only a few minutes (tried 1 hour) it does it. But If I let it sit more hours (8 at company or overnight) starts fine again. And when it starts fine, it never errors out. Tried to contact gbeach but haven't heard back. Help please! Thanks in advance.

Thanks Rebel59. I do understand 0201 and 0301P. 0201 injector failure causes potential 0301. Of course, injector failure cause be of injector itself, harness and PCM. The puzzle is that why it runs OK when cold start and never fails after starts even it is hot. But as soon as the vehicle is shut down, then the symptom comes back. Any chance to be sure it is injector itself fails? That's one of the reason I tried to contact gbeach to confirm. Not easy to open the Pacifica manifold to access the fuel injector.

Not without a few involving tests being done with some special equipment that most car owners do not have. In your case the P0201 code takes precedence over the P0301. For the Injector code...the MOST COMMON possible cause is the injector itself.

I have no clue as to your location or if you have a trusted independent repair shop you use for your vehicle maint. or what the hourly labor rate is in your area (dealer or otherwise)to be able to tell you that.
