Default 2007 Pacifica stall after startup

I know this issue could be caused by a dozen of issues, but here it goes. Just got back from helping some friends move and was pulling a trailer. Got home and unhooked the trailer, got a phone call so I killed the engine. Was on the phone for 15 minutes. Started the vehicle and it ran for 3 seconds and died. Did this 3-4 times, it would start then die after 3 seconds. On the next try it didn't even crank (security lockup??). Got out and thought the fob lost its code or the battery died in the fob, I went to get the other key and tried unlocking and locking it remotely...no lights flashing, no honk, nothing. Got in and tried to start it...no crank. I'm ruling out the key fobs, I highly doubt that both fobs would go bad at once. My though is somehow the code on the key fob is not communicating with the PCM (bad PCM). I disconnected the battery for a few minutes, reconnected it and it ran long enough to move it to its place on the driveway. I may have confused the computer this time, but I'm concerned of being stranded somewhere. Anyways, has anyone had this issue? And if so, how were you able to fix it??

The skim module which is the main module for the key fbs and security system is probably having issues a dealer or skilled Chrysler tech can do his.
