I've seen some comments of cutting an access panel and others saying there is an access panel. My old Impala crapped out on me and I bought a 07 Pacifica that seemed fine at first, but after some driving I noticed issues so I took it to a mechanic that said the fuel pump needed to be replaced. Quoted me close to $800 so I started looking into this as I replaced a fuel pump on my old Subaru with a panel access.
