2007 Pacifica wouldn't start
I purchased a 2007 new Pacifica off the lot w/25 miles on it. The horn didnt work and the rear lift gate motor was broken. I didnt realize this till the next day when I was showing it off to my family. Now 3 weeks later I get into it and it wont start. I turn it over 4 different times and it acts like it tries to start but it wont. The other bad thing is my car didn't come with a manual so I have no clue what the dashboard lights mean, I am waiting for the manual to come in to the service department. In the mean time I am wondering if I made the wrong decision. I have been a Ford owner my whole life and I think I am being punished now for going to Chrysler.
Anyone have an idea why it wouldn't start? It has less than 900 miles on it after about the fifth time it started. I don't even have the license plates for this car yet! My salesman is fooling himself if he thinks I am going to give them five stars!

Does it click when you try to start it? Does it sound like it turns over slow? My situation with our '04 AWD Pacifica was it was totally dead a couple of times this year. Jumping it worked both times and after checking the battery at the parts store, theydidn't see anything wrong with the battery. It started turning over slow and then a few times, when starting it, would just click. I ended up changing the battery and it's been fine since. I know it's a new car, but I've seen them have to jump cars that have been sitting on the lot. You might see if they will replace your battery and see if that takes care of some of the problems. Hope that helps.
