I have a 2008 3.8L Pacifica with 62,000 miles.

The engine makes a chugging kind of noise.

I brought it to my local mechanic and he replaced the two lower engine mounts - said they were broken.

Noise continues.

No driveability issues, engine performs as always, but I suspect something is wrong.

Any ideas?
