2017 Pacifica no start
2017 Pacifica no startMy daughter bought this car used in April this year with 12000 miles on it. In 4 months, the car has refused to start 4 times. Nothing happens except an error message about the transmission and not being in park. She has video showing the car in park and no start. The service dept just says they can't replicate it and it shows no codes. They did something by putting the car in gear before trying to start and caused a no start. They opened and closed the door 2 times to reset the car and it started. So far that's the best they have to try the next time it occurs, not an answer to fix a problem on a $30000+ car. Also, once when my daughter shut it off, no rpms, but all the electrical like blower motor kept running with a warning to shut off the engine. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
