There was a recall on the cameras because they might stay on while driving. Mine didn't have this issue, but sometimes it didn't come on when in reverse. I took it in to fix the recall and the camera still didn't work. Get a blue screen with a message the camera isn't available. Took it back, they said they couldn't do anything unless the camera actually wasn't working at the time. It's intermittent. So one day it wasn't working all morning while running errands and I took it in and they saw it wasn't working. I waited while they checked it and they decided to order a new camera. It was installed last week and it still is having the same problem. Seems to happen most when the car has been sitting in the sun and gets hot. I'm beyond frustrated. We leased Toyotas for the past 9 years because the last Chrylser van we leased had major electrical problems during the whole lease. The Pacifica had good reviews and the dealership is local so we decided to try them again. Wish we had stayed with Toyota. Never had an issue during the 9 years, 3 different vans.
