Default 6 cd upgrade

Hi
Proud owner of a 2007 Pacificia and a newbie.

I have a standard am/fm cd player in my car. I was looking to upgrade to the 6cd/dvd factory unit. Have a few questions:

1) Will that be a direct replacement or do I need a "key" to activate the new install
2) Does it require a factory amp installed
3) Will this work with a factory overhead monitor? Do I need a wiring harness?

I tried searching the forum but could not find anything. Looks like a ton of great info and thanks for the input.

John
