went with my gut after arguing with the parts guy and bought the resistor module even though the parts guy said that wasn't it because it wasn't just runnign on high, and he kept telling me to go to the service department, they said it wasn't the resistor but that it was probably the climate control system and it would probably take 5-6 hours to fix...yeah right.
so I just went ahead and bought the resistor module...2 minutes later problem SOLVED!!!
