Noticed for awhile that when running the AC or heat after about 20-30mins the air flow begins to die out. Fan will be on high, you can hear the fan blowing but no air is coming out of the vent. Raising or lowering temp doesn't help. Had the climate controller replaced but still problem continues.

Any suggestions?
