Default heater blower air flow 98 2.5 tdi

the heater blower doesnt seem to blow has hard as i would expect do these voyagers have pollen filters ,or is there something that can restrict air flow?
i have done the calibration thing

any ideas

I have the same problem with mine to the floor vents - winter months are the worst.

I find doing a calibration and cool down test periodically helps.

If memory serves me right the pollen filter is underneath the exterior wiper cowling - the long black plastic one by the wiper arms.
